On the basis of a creative session, we look together at the wishes and possibilities for the animation video. Do you want a 2D animation or rather a 3D animation? Are you looking for a general corporate video or an explainer? And do you want to touch your target group in a short, catchy animation or do you want to make a long video that highlights all aspects? The possibilities are endless.
The ideas that come out of this session are translated into a creative concept. This concept includes the first draft of a script and the first drawings.
Once we have approval, we start working on the storyboard. The sketches of the creative concept are now ready to be translated into illustrations. We develop a finished storyboard with elaborate visuals.
To give a good idea of what the animation will roughly look like, we create an animatic. An animatic is the storyboard combined with a computer generated voiceover and simple camera movements. Again, you get the opportunity to give feedback before we actually start animating.
The choice of voice-over is very important and determines the feel of the animation. Therefore, we carefully choose a voice actor that fully fits the message and the company. After approval on the demos, we start animating!
And then it's time for the most important step: animation. Our motion designers get to work bringing the illustrations to life. Little by little, we get closer and closer to our ideas during the creative session.
But we're not quite there yet. In addition to a voice-over, sound effects must also be added to the animation. By adding sound effects with the right timing, you add power to the animation.
After all these steps, the animation is finished and can be delivered to the customer. Completely satisfied? Super, because we are only satisfied when our customers are. We deliver the animation in different formats, so it can be used on various online channels.
