Hurks' housing concept

From Hurks came the question if we could develop ads for Da Vinci and Leonardo. From there we set to work to develop a campaign for these two housing concepts. Because the campaign revolves around two separate housing concepts, we advised Hurks to create two separate ads. This way, the concepts could be explained on their own and also targeted in the campaign towards the specific target group. In both ads we do mention both concepts briefly, then zoom in on one of the two. This makes the viewer aware of both concepts, making them want to learn more about the other.

In terms of elaboration, we chose to make a combination between video and animation. We were able to partially use existing assets from a promo video and elements from brochures. This ensures recognizability. In addition, we kept the intro and outro the same in both videos so that we could present Hurks and its concepts as clearly as possible in the context of brand awareness. A catchy call to action ultimately provides the desired support in the campaign.

After the successful campaign of Da Vinci and Leonardo, Hurks was asked to develop another advertisement for a new housing concept, namely Da Vinci Green. Here it was decided to use the same house style as the previous two ads to create a whole.
